We know that colors can run into each other and we can’t have this. We test the colors of your rug with our dye bleed test. We want to make sure they are stable. We’re old hands at rug cleaning and we know that some colors aren’t colorfast.

Once we’re sure of this, we immerse your rug into water, and once again, with compressed air, we get every stain and bits of dirt out. Our gentle, eco-friendly products, designed specially for Oriental rugs of natural fibers, works every trace of dirt out. When it comes to the rinse part, we leave not a trace of cleaning products. We rinse your rug thoroughly till the water is totally clear.
When we dry your rug, we make sure that heat temperatures are regulated to ensure a quick, thorough drying session. We then use special grooming tools, making sure that the pile of your rug is groomed in the proper direction and that the fringes are gently combed.
